This site is run by Filippo Gerbino. Here's exactly what happens with your data — kept short and honest.

Contact & quote forms

When you use the contact form or the quote builder, the details you enter (name, email, message) are sent to me through Formspree only so I can reply. They are never sold, shared, or used for marketing.

Free downloads & email list

When you request a free download on the shop page, your email address is sent to Kit (kit.com), the email service I use. I use it to send you the file and, with your consent, occasional emails about new resources. Kit is based in the United States and processes data under its own privacy policy. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email, and I'll delete your data on request.

Embedded videos

Pages with embedded YouTube videos load content from YouTube, which may set cookies once you press play. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) mode where possible.

Analytics

I use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that counts anonymous visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. No personal data is collected.

Your rights

You can ask me to see or delete any data you've sent at any time — just email contact@filippogerbino.com.
